CSA Membership
Full Terms & Policies
The Farm Route is a continuous weekly CSA membership connecting your household with seasonal food from trusted local and regional farms. Members choose between two weekly menus, receive fresh food through our reusable-crate delivery system and help provide Community Shares for neighbors in need. Together, we share the benefits and natural variations of each growing season.
1. Seasonal Harvests
The Farm Route is a multi-farm CSA working with farms that use organic, regenerative or responsible growing practices. Produce changes with the seasons, weather and farm availability. Specific crops, varieties, quantities or farms cannot be guaranteed. When necessary, The Farm Route may replace an unavailable product with a comparable seasonal item.
2. Continuous Membership & Billing
Membership continues from week to week until it is paused, placed on an approved vacation hold or canceled. By joining, members authorize their selected payment method to be charged for every active delivery week. Current share prices, delivery fees and other charges are displayed at checkout. If a payment fails, The Farm Route may contact the member for updated payment information and remove that week’s share from the route if payment is not completed before farm purchasing begins.
3. Weekly Menus & Friday Deadline
Members choose between two weekly menus by Friday at 11:59 PM. If a member does not make a selection, The Farm Route will choose one of the available menus for them, and the normal weekly charge will still apply.
